What we collect

The name you enter, your choices, your email address, your order details, your IP address and the country it comes from. We use your IP address to prevent abuse and understand where our customers are. Stripe and PayPal handle your payment details; we never see them.

Who we share it with

We use Stripe and PayPal for payment, Google or Apple for sign-in if you choose them, ElevenLabs for the voice, Runware for the video and Resend for email. We share only what each needs.

Country lookup uses IP Geolocation by DB-IP, and your IP address is not sent to them.

How long we keep it

We delete videos and the names in them after 6 months. Abandoned orders are deleted after one day. Email us to have your account deleted.

Santa’s Nice List

If you tick the box when ordering, the child’s first name and your country appear on our public Nice List. It is optional, and we never show a surname or town. You get a private code to find the entry. Email us to remove a name at any time. Names are removed when the video is deleted. Some names on the list are examples added by us.

Cookies

Sign-in and security cookies are always on, because the site needs them. If we use analytics, it only runs after you accept it, and you can change your mind with Cookie settings at the bottom of the page. Analytics is never used on your video page.

Coming soon list

If you join our list, we create an account for you and email you when we open. You can sign in from then on.
